| No shinobi can possess more than two jutsu of a power level that exceed their rank.
So... A genin could have a maximum of two chuunin jutsus; chuunins could have two jounins jutsus and so on.

Everyone must keep track of the jutsus they possess.
So... for those of you that have a sh*t load of jutsu. Start working on a list. | |

| As to the types of jutsu listed on the page?
Like Hijutsu
and the others there
what are they?
And do we have to have all our jutsu filled out?
What if in the middle of a fight we think of a great jutsu thats possible, can we just add it in? Otherwise your opponent could study you completely and have a counter-act to everything you do which isnt good. D: | |

I have all of my jutsus up already.
Hijutsu are Secret Jutsu, meaning it's either specific to you yourself or a clan you may have been born into.
Kinjutsu are forbidden techniques. Ones that you're really not supposed to use.... ever... but occasionally might have to. | |
